Our physicians offer a wide scope of treatment modalities to help our patients regain function and strength in as short a period as possible. Modalities of treatment include conservative non-operative treatment of sports injuries as well as operative treatment. When appropriate, we treat sports injuries first with conservative measures, such as rest and bracing, physical therapy, anti-inflammatory and analgesic medications as well as intraarticular or local steriod injections.
When non-surgical treatments do not relieve pain and restore function, operative treatment may become necessary. Our skilled, board certified surgeons will discuss with you the best operative treatment plan based on your particular needs and condition and in accordance with the proven evidence based on available data.
Examples of these include:
- Shoulder arthroscopy
- Knee arthroscopy
